RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returning the Product
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged products.
Color Variations: Returns are not accepted for minor color differences.
360-Degree Video: Share an unboxing video of the product for verification.
Pickup Option: Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and tags are intact for pickup eligibility.
Self-Ship Option: If pickup is unavailable, self-ship the product with your order number and return ID included. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Exchange Policy
Process: After approval, we will arrange for a pickup. Once the item is received and verified, exchange payment details will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled via the "Your Orders" section before dispatch.
After Delivery: Follow the return process for delivered orders.

Condition of Returned Products
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with tags intact.
Returns beyond the 7-day window or damaged products will not qualify for refunds.
Return Verification: After receiving your item, our team will verify its condition and contact you via WhatsApp.
Important Notes
Exchanges or returns are not accepted for items purchased during sales, special discounts, or clearance events.
Only one return or exchange is allowed per purchase.
Refund Policy
Eligibility: Products must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt, in their original condition. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@annorahloomstudio.com.
Refund Methods
E-Wallet Credit:
Receive 100% store credit for the order amount plus a ₹200 gift voucher.
A wallet link will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
Refund Process:
Return Approval: A reverse pickup request will be raised and completed within 2-3 business days.
Verification: After the item is received at our warehouse, its condition will be verified.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days post-verification.
Payment Modes: Refunds are issued via Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or bank transfer.
Cash refunds are not provided.
