- Payment for Exchange: There are no charges for the exchange process. Once the verification is complete, we will dispatch your new item.
- Processing Time: The entire process may take 5-7 working days.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our return and refund policies below:
